I got a table to go with these chairs in early July 2026, and have been using it in an apartment by myself. There has never been anything heavy on it. 5 weeks later, it CRACKED suddenly by itself!! When I made the order and asked about order status, they replied to me very promptly every time. But since I sent the email showing them the cracks, I also texted them and called them. No response or any update after 3 business days. This is literally unbelievable and shocking. It is also a safety hazard in my home as if it crackers further, it will damage my timber floor. DO NOT recommend it due to their ignorance and the worst quality of furniture.
