• Standard delivery: ground floor only. Unpacking, assembly and room placement are not included unless arranged in advance — ask us about White Glove Delivery for these.
• Out-of-zone orders: if you're outside our standard delivery zones, please confirm colour and specifications with us before ordering. Change of mind or unconfirmed colour selections on these orders aren't eligible for free returns, and approved returns incur a 25% restocking fee plus freight and handling costs.
• Damaged on arrival: please inspect your item and report any transit damage within 24 hours with photos — this is covered under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of delivery zone.
• No shipping quote for your address? This means we can't currently service that area — you're welcome to arrange your own delivery or collect free from our showroom.
